Llanberis Lake Railway		 North Wales is a mecca for steam railway enthusiasts having some six railways along with the Conwy Valley Railway Museum

Each railway has its own unique characteristics and they are all located in areas of outstanding natural beauty and steeped in history

As well as the railways themselves there are a number of visitor attractions to be seen along their routes - each one is almost a day on its own
